Cocos2D-Mono now ships as a single multi-targeted package. Replace this reference with Cocos2D-Mono.Core — one package covers Windows, Linux, macOS, Android and iOS, and the correct build is selected from your project's target framework. Your code does not change (the namespace is still Cocos2D). Do not reference this package and Cocos2D-Mono.Core at the same time — both ship the Cocos2D namespace, so having both causes CS0433 duplicate-type errors.
