Create XLSX .NET 7 working on windows and non-windows container

Simple xlsx creator avoiding the problem with system.drawing form .NET 7 because it doesn't have any graphics capabilities. Use just if you need to create a simple Excel file.

Only text and numbers. Formatting, only defining Column widths.

Usage:
