**Takes `PhoenixmlDb.Xslt` from 2.1.0 to 2.2.0.** No Crucible source changed; the engine did.

Minor rather than patch because the engine carries behaviour changes — see `PhoenixmlDb.Xslt`
2.2.0 — even though none of them alter what this tool produces.

### Verified

134 tests pass, unchanged from the 2.1.0 pin.

**The rendered site is byte-identical**, both pipeline stages, against the same docs source
(`phoenixml-docs` @ `1be1049`):

| stage | files differing |
|---|---|
| `ParseOnly` — Markdown to intermediate XML | 0 of 116 |
| `TransformOnly` — XML to HTML | 0 of 116 |

The arms were confirmed to differ before that result was trusted — an A/B that silently runs one
engine twice produces exactly the same clean diff. Read from each build's `deps.json`:

```
control:  PhoenixmlDb.Xslt/2.1.0  PhoenixmlDb.XQuery/2.1.0
new:      PhoenixmlDb.Xslt/2.2.0  PhoenixmlDb.XQuery/2.2.0
```

So a release containing an O(n²) matching fix and nine correctness fixes changes this site's
output by nothing, which is the reassuring answer rather than a suspicious one: the site's
stylesheets do not use the constructs those fixes touch.

Releases are **tagged**, and the tag is the version. Pushing `v<version>` packs and
publishes `crucible.cli`; pushes to `main` build and test but never publish.

Headings below 1.1.76 cover a *range*, because until 77a49e9 CI published every
push to `main` with the version set to `1.1.${commit_count}` — one NuGet version
per commit, so the published history was a merge log rather than a record of
decisions. Those ranges are kept as-is; the highest version in a range is the
first one containing all of the work described.
