IBlobHandler has 3 new simplied methods for reading/writing and listing blobs. Instead of supplying full URL (although you can continue to do that), you can now pass the "base" URL to the Handler constructor and use the new methods: ReadBlobSimple, WriteBlobSimple and ListBlobsInContainerSimple. These new methods take in abstract information (container name, blob name etc) and construct the full URL behind the scenes. The older methods are still fully supported and utilized.
