Внимание! В следующих версиях будут удалены методы объявленные как устаревшие, в связи с этим рекомендую убрать их из ваших проектов

- Добавлены новые методы ошибок, которые не были обозначены в VkErrors.cs,
- GroupsGetMembersParams.Filters #425
- Переписал Vk*Exception теперь ошибка содержит ErrorCode и инициализация полей ошибок производится в конструкторе
- и другие мелкие исправления
