Updated to include support for Vasont Identity Server Delegation credentials method. This method will allow this SDK client to delegate access to another API for a specific user authenticated client. This allows an API to communicate with another API with delegated credentials without having to grant scope to the originating client.
Additionally added some resource strings and machine translated languages.
