     * 解决[Bug 69](https://github.com/Chuyu-Team/VC-LTL/issues/69), 修复14.11.25503 scrt_get_dyn_tls_dtor_callback 符号缺失。
     * 代码优化：
        - 减少 `__crtCreateSymbolicLinkW` 函数体积。
     > 温馨提示：VC-LTL 4.1 与 4.0版本在STL stream支持中存在ABI不兼容问题，对应静态库请重新编译！
