Optimize media during upload.

Compresses images using ImageMagick.
Converts and optimizes video bitrates using FFmpeg.
Extracts 1st frame from video as poster.
   
Config keys

- ImageOptimizationLossless: Defaults to "false" if no value(only applies to jpeg and png files).
- ImageOptimizationFormats: Defaults to "jpg,jpeg,png,tiff" if no value.
- VideoOptimizationFormats: Defaults to "mp4,flv,avi,webm,mov,wmv,mkv" if no value.
- VideoOptimizationPoster: Defaults to "true" if no value.
- VideoOptimizationOutputFormat: Defaults to original file type if no value.
