v1.0.2: Restore per-environment fallback for DATA connections
- MetadataConnectionResolver: sentinels (metadata + identity) stay strict exact-match, but
 data connections (e.g. TAB_Core / app connections) again fall back to the environment's
 registered connection on an exact-id miss. This restores per-environment routing (TAB-core
 tables -> PMS_DEV / PMS_QA etc.) that v1.0.1 removed too broadly, which broke queries in any
 non-platform environment. The loud-failure safety is kept only for the two sentinels.

v1.0.1: Identity DB split support
- Added IDENTITY_CONNECTION_ID sentinel (routes Identity-owned AppObjects to TAF.Identity,
 forced to the TAF platform environment, exact-match — env-independent like the metadata sentinel)
- MetadataConnectionResolver: removed the silent FirstOrDefault fallback for data connections;
 a connection-id miss now returns null (caller throws) instead of routing to an arbitrary DB
