Rastgo — a declarative, federated data-reliability framework for the ADP platform: YAML-defined checks (freshness / reconciliation / quality / flow), an assert engine, a partitioned result sink, a static dashboard, and read-only DuckDB / Cosmos / file-share sources. Ships as a single package for now; the source connectors are kept isolation-ready so they can be split into separate packages later if a consumer needs to avoid a heavy dependency.
