This package learns ASP.Net WebApplication project's MSDeploy support to
     package with an standardized directory format like
     'Content\web\Default.aspx' instead of paths like
     'Content\C_C\Users\Name\VS Projects\.....\....\Default.aspx'.
     This allows building projects in different locations while delivering
     similar results.
