New library added SadConsole.Extended. This has different classes, controls, consoles, the can be used by many other projects.
Fixed bug in SadConsole.UI.Colors when creating a copy.
Changed theme color parts to AdjustableColor types.
Adjusted all themes to use a different base class.
ScrollBar operates on all scroll spots.
Added mousewheel support to ListBox and ScrollBar.
Checkbox and RadioButton now use ToggleButtonBase and use the same theme but configured for each control.
Settings.WindowTitle works in SFML now.
IRenderStep added which allows hooking custom rendering steps into the Renderer without writing a whole new renderer.
Window, Cursor, and ControlHost converted to use a IRenderStep and the normal object renderer.
Base types are using primitives library where they can.
Entity system changed to a simpler system. No more animations on entities.
Cleaned up a lot (300+) project warnings (missing docs, that sort of thing).
