     1) Added Source Link to GitHub for better debugging experience.
     2) Added [SkipProcessor] attribute for namespace based pipelines, that allows keep processor in the namespace without being included into the pipeline.
     3) Added constructor in PipelineRunner that allows to pass a custom IProcessorRunner.
