Build notes

StressServer embeds the tutorial's Windows publish output, RemoteBlazorWebViewTutorial.WpfApp/bin/publishEmbedded/RemoteBlazorWebViewTutorial.WpfApp.exe. That exe comes from a Windows publish, so StressServer cannot build on Linux.
