BREAKING CHANGES**
Introduce submonitors to allowing grouping of monitors. This means that submonitors no longer should be registered in the registry, instead submonitors should be returned by ```GetAllMonitors()```. This allows more control in the obsservers to decide how to process the information. Currently the InfluxDbObserver doesn't support submonitors with submonitors.
