Minor bug fixes:

Deprecated SqlInsertBuilder,SqlUpdateBuilder,SqlQueryBuilder, and SqlDeleteBuilder. They will be removed in the upcoming version 3.0

Fix inserts with DbGenerationOption.None.

Can now use Default as a DbGenerationOption.

Added SchemaAttribute for tables to change the schema.

All tests passed before publish.
