Added global MessageColour, WorkingMessageColour, ErrorMessageColour & SuccessMessageColour, which are used in the ShowMessage, ShowWorkingMessage, ShowSuccessMessage & ShowErrorMessageColour methods. The colour can be overidden per call to each method if needed.
