  1. Exception Handling:

    • Introduced a try-catch-finally block around the RabbitMQ channel creation and usage to ensure proper resource management and error logging.
    • Added logging for exceptions using _logger.LogError.

  2. Resource Management:

    • Changed the channel creation to use a try-finally block to ensure the channel is disposed of properly, even if an exception occurs.

  3. Asynchronous Publishing:

    • Added an asynchronous version of the Publish method named PublishAsync that uses Task.Run to execute the Publish method asynchronously.

  4. Version Update:

    • Updated the version in the .csproj file from 2.2.2 to 2.2.3.1.
