拓展hangfire最新版1.7.1-支持api任务，即用来执行接口调用，这样可以避免依赖本地代码，主要功能有： 1，添加计划任务，可以添加延迟执行的计划任务，延迟指定分钟后执行

2，添加周期任务，编辑周期任务，可以添加根据cron表达式执行的周期任务，

3，暂停任务，暂停时任务在面板中会被标红，其原理时跳过任务，不执行

4，搜索任务，可以在任务面板搜索任务，存在小问题日期会显示为本地时间， 因为默认的面板使用了moment.js 日期渲染会出现问题，但是不影响使用。

5，支持秒级任务。

6，支持邮件推送，使用了mailkit，可以在配置中设置邮件配置，在任务失败， 并重试三次依然不成功，就会发邮件通知，支持多个接收者邮箱

7，支持在配置中设置面板的部分按钮名称。

8，支持使用apollo统一配置中心管理，需要在config设置。

9，支持redis集群,sqlserver,mysql存储，支持多实例部署

10，内部使用了分布式锁，可以避免任务在多实例下并发执行，但是要考虑任务超时时间。
