Major rework of Parallel Merge Sort interfaces and performance optimizations. More consistent and simpler interfaces. Performance reaching 300 Million Int32's per second for random arrays, and several times higher for nearly presorted arrays. See the Parallel Merge Sort of Readme. Added adaptive in-place version, which uses the not-in-place faster version if it's able to allocate a working array, and a purely in-place when it can't - similar to C++ STL. Pure in-place Parallel Merge Sort is also available. Improved scalability of performance fro 6-core, to 14-core, to 32-core and beyond, especially with increasing system memory bandwidth.
