EllipticBit Services - Secret Abstractions

EllipticBit.Services.Secret.Abstractions contains the service abstractions and interfaces for secret and key management in the EllipticBit Services library. It defines the provider-agnostic contracts for retrieving secrets, managing keys, and performing key-based cryptographic operations.
