Provides a RepoBase and ContextBases for Entity Framework targeting SQL Server.  RepoBase class includes methods for creating, reading (by PK), updating, and deleting -- both synchronously and asynchronously.  The RepoBase also includes methods for returning JSON from a valid FOR JSON SQL Server SELECT statement.  To use RepoBase, be sure to extend both RepoBase (for all of your repository classes) and ContextBase (for all of your DbContext subclasses)
