CacheOrchestrator.Redis

Redis backends for CacheOrchestrator.

Adds: ASP.NET Core Output Cache store, FusionCache L2 (IDistributedCache) + StackExchange.Redis backplane, and health probes.

All Redis connection settings live in this package (not in the core CacheOrchestrator options types).
