Sets up automatic assembly versioning. See Version.README.txt in the project root after the package is installed for more information.

To use the generated version as the ClickOnce version, invoke MSBuild on the command-line with "/p:UseGeneratedVersionForClickOnce=True".

Note: Does not work with projects that use project.json.

There are no supported framework assets in this package.

Fixes an issue where if the BeforeBuild target was redefined in a project file, either the redefined target or the versioning would stop working.
