Static is a simple static files HTTP server, as a global tool.

Install

Requirements:

1. .NET 7 SDK

Run the following command to install this tool:

dotnet tool install --global Aiursoft.Static

Usage

After getting the binary, run it directly in the terminal.

$ ./static.exe --help
Description:
  A simple static files HTTP server.

Usage:
  static [options]

Options:
  --path <path>      The folder to start the server. [default: .]
  -p, --port <port>  The port to listen for the server. [default: 8080]
  --version          Show version information
  -?, -h, --help     Show help and usage information

It will start an HTTP server on http://localhost:8080.
