The SDK enforces these rules via RS0030:

• DateTime.Now/UtcNow/Today → Use TimeProvider
• Monitor.Enter/Exit → Use Lock.EnterScope()
• Task.Delay → Use TimeProvider.Delay()
• Newtonsoft.Json → Use System.Text.Json
