Implement two new methods, GetAssemblyGUID and GetAssemblyTargetFramework, which return assembly attributes that are applied during the build process, and are somewhat obtuse to extract. Of the two, `GetAssemblyTargetFramework` is almost certainly the most useful because it identifies the Microsost .NET Framework against which it was built, known also as its Target Framework.
