- 样式以"LibSty"开头，控件模版以"LibTpl"开头。WPF 系统样式以"SysSty"开头，控件模板以"SysTpl"开头。

1、[新增] [转换器] 判断对象是否为 null（ObjectIsNullConverter）、不为 null（ObjectIsNotNullConverter）。
2、[新增] [标记扩展] 提供 SolidColorBrush 值（SolidColorBrushValue）。
3、[新增] [方法] 从颜色字符串（支持RGB和ARGB）转换为单色画刷（MediaColorHelper.ColorStrToSolidColorBrush）。
4、[新增] [转换器] 将某转换器转换出的 bool 结果转换为其他结果（一般只能以标记扩展方式使用）（lib:BoolResultConverterToOtherResultConverter）。
