4. Disclaimer
The Software is provided “as is” without any express or implied warranties. The Licensor does not warrant the performance or suitability of the Software and is not liable for any damages arising from its use or inability to use the Software.

5. Termination
The Licensor may terminate this Agreement immediately if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease using the Software and destroy all copies of it.

6. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the local laws applicable to you, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
