Comm is shared across the Thor applications: its tables are dbo.tb_Thor_Comm_* and belong neither to Dect nor to Mes, so it gets an area of its own instead of a block inside 302.

The 302 range belongs to Dect only. BrainEnterprise.Core.ObjectType.Allegra used to declare the same area and was moved to 903.000.000 on 2026-08-21.
