ThinkGeo.Dependency.Oracle

This NuGet package redistributes prebuilt Oracle Instant Client v23.8
binaries together with the GDAL 3.11.3 Oracle plugins. The packaging
metadata, MSBuild .targets, and ThinkGeo-authored content are released
under the MIT License.

The redistributed native DLLs come from upstream projects that are each
licensed under their own terms. By using this package you agree to
comply with all of the licenses below for any DLLs you actually load
at runtime.

1. Oracle Instant Client (oci.dll, oraociei.dll, orannz.dll, legacy.dll)
----------------------------------------------------------------------

These are unmodified Oracle binaries from the Oracle Instant Client
v23.8.0.25.04 (Basic edition). Redistribution is governed by the
Oracle Technology Network License Agreement for Oracle Instant Client
("OTN License"):

Informational summary (not authoritative — read the license terms
above for the binding text):

  - Free to use and redistribute for development and production.
  - You may not charge end users a fee for the Oracle binaries
    themselves.
  - When you distribute the Oracle binaries to end users, your end
    users must be bound by terms materially consistent with the OTN
    License (e.g. embed equivalent terms in your application's EULA).
    The redistribution right itself does not flow through to your end
    users.
  - Oracle Support is only available with a paid Oracle Support
    contract.

By using this package, you accept the Oracle OTN License Agreement
above for the four Oracle Instant Client DLLs listed in this section.

These plugins are part of GDAL 3.11.3 and are released under an
X/MIT-style open source license by the Open Source Geospatial

3. Microsoft Visual C++ runtime (transitive dependency)
----------------------------------------------------------------------

This package depends on ThinkGeo.Dependency.MicrosoftVisualCRunTime140,
which redistributes Microsoft Visual C++ 2015-2022 Runtime DLLs under
Microsoft's Visual Studio 2022 Distributable Code license. See the
LICENSE.txt of that package for details.
