This license governs the software, source code, object code, documentation,
and related materials contained in this repository (the "Software"),
comprising the packages including but not limited to Snk.Net.Shared,
Snk.Net.Server, Snk.Net.Blazor, Snk.Net.Ui, Snk.Net.Maui, Snk.Net.DbViewer,
and the Snk.Net.DbViewer provider packages (MySql, PostgreSql, SqlServer,
Sqlite).

1. Ownership

   The Software is the proprietary, confidential property of SNK. All
   right, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all
   associated intellectual property rights, are and remain the exclusive
   property of SNK. This license does not transfer any ownership rights
   to any party.

2. Limited License Grant

   No rights are granted by this file alone. Use of the Software is
   permitted only to licensees who have entered into a separate written
   agreement with SNK ("License Agreement"). Any use, installation, or
   deployment of the Software is subject to the terms of that License
   Agreement, which governs the scope of permitted use (including any
   limits on the number of applications, environments, or users).
   In the absence of a valid, signed License Agreement, no license of
   any kind is granted, and no use of the Software is authorized.

3. No Redistribution

   Licensees may not sell, sublicense, lease, rent, distribute,
   publish, or otherwise make the Software, in whole or in part,
   available to any third party, whether modified or unmodified,
   except as expressly permitted in writing by SNK.

4. No Reverse Engineering

   Licensees may not decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, or
   otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the Software, except
   to the extent such restriction is prohibited by applicable law, in
   which case any such activity is permitted only to the minimum extent
   required by that law.

5. No Warranty

   THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS," WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND,
   EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF
   MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND
   NON-INFRINGEMENT. SNK DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL BE
   ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.

6. Limitation of Liability

   TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL
   SNK BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL,
   OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE,
   ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE OR THIS LICENSE,
   EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. SNK'S TOTAL
   AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SOFTWARE SHALL
   NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS PAID BY THE LICENSEE UNDER THE APPLICABLE
   LICENSE AGREEMENT, IF ANY.

7. Termination

   Any license granted under a License Agreement terminates
   automatically upon breach of that agreement or of this license.
   Upon termination, the licensee must cease all use of the Software
   and destroy all copies in its possession or control. Sections 1, 3,
   4, 5, 6, and 8 survive termination.

8. Governing Law

   This license is governed by and construed in accordance with the
   laws of [Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of laws
   principles. Any dispute arising under this license shall be subject
   to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [Jurisdiction].

9. Entire Agreement

   This file states SNK's ownership and default terms with respect to
   the Software. It does not by itself grant any license to use the
   Software; use requires a separate written License Agreement with
   SNK, which shall govern in the event of any conflict with this file.
