* Sign NetMQ assembly
* Fixed some minor spelling problems (Receivev to Receive)
From version 3.3.0.7 NetMQ is using Big Endian by default (old versions used Little Endian) to be compitable with ZeroMQ,
In order to be compitable with older NetMQ versions you can set the Endian to Little on the Socket.Options.Endian.
You cannot support older versions of NetMQ and ZeroMQ with the same socket.
