Clean Architecture template — Infrastructure.Persistence.Dapper (provider-agnostic Dapper runtime): AddDapper / AddDapperHealthChecks registration, IDapperBuilder, the named-connection registry and factory, DbSession (transaction ownership + execution facade), DbSessionAccessor, the EF↔Dapper bridge (AddEfDapperBridge, IEfDbSessionAccessor) that lets Dapper enlist in the ambient EF transaction, and DapperHealthCheck. Implements the ports of SU2.C15e.Dapper.Abstractions. Ships NO database provider — pair it with SU2.C15e.Infrastructure.Persistence.{SqlServer,PostgreSql,MySql,Oracle}. Does NOT depend on SU2.C15e.Infrastructure.Persistence, so a Dapper-only worker never pulls AppDbContext / EfRepository / Audit.NET / bulk-insert.
