1. DEFINITIONS

"Software" means the Principium library and all accompanying source code, documentation, examples, and related materials.

"Commercial Use" means any use of the Software that directly or indirectly generates revenue, supports business operations, is used within a commercial organization, or is incorporated into a commercial product or service.

2. FREE EVALUATION LICENSE

The Software may be used free of charge for:

* Personal projects
* Educational purposes
* Academic research
* Internal testing
* Benchmarking
* Evaluation
* Proof-of-concept development
* Non-commercial open-source projects

No payment is required for the above activities.

3. COMMERCIAL LICENSE REQUIREMENT

Any Commercial Use of the Software requires a valid Commercial License.

Commercial License Fee:

1,000 USD equivalent in USDT per year

4. LICENSE ACTIVATION

The blockchain transaction receipt confirming transfer of the license fee to the wallet specified above shall be considered official proof of license purchase.

No additional activation, registration, or license key is required.

The license validity period begins on the date and time of the confirmed blockchain transaction.

The Commercial License remains valid for one (1) year from that date.

5. LICENSE RENEWAL

To continue Commercial Use after expiration, a new annual license payment must be made.

Each payment grants one additional year of Commercial License rights.

6. PERMITTED COMMERCIAL USE

With a valid Commercial License, the Licensee may:

* Use the Software in commercial applications
* Use the Software within internal business systems
* Integrate the Software into products and services
* Deploy the Software on servers and cloud infrastructure
* Distribute compiled applications containing the Software

7. RESTRICTIONS

Without a valid Commercial License, the Licensee may not:

* Use the Software in production commercial environments
* Sell products that incorporate the Software
* Offer paid services using the Software
* Generate revenue directly or indirectly through the Software
