Consistent document order and node identity across independently-parsed sources. Document order, node deduplication, and the is / << / >> operators are now total and consistent for nodes originating in independently-parsed sources (not only within a single parse): each tree carries a store-global ordinal and every order/identity site routes through one shared comparer, so a union no longer interleaves such nodes by a non-unique node id, deduplication no longer drops distinct nodes, and is no longer reports distinct nodes equal. Order and identity within a single source are unchanged. Requires PhoenixmlDb.Core 1.2.2. Backward-compatible; no public API removed. See RELEASES.md for full notes.
