Blazor.Popover

A Blazor wrapper for the part of the HTML API related to the popover attribute.

The API makes it easy to make a popover in HTML. This wrapper wraps the attributes and methods exposed in that API to Blazor via the <code><Popover></code> component to make it easy to use.

This wrapper is still under development.
