PLAN TIERS & PERMITTED USE

COMMUNITY PLAN (no-cost)
  - Permitted for personal projects, open-source repositories, academic
    research, evaluation, and commercial use by projects generating under
    $2,000 USD in annual revenue.
  - Limited to 2 developers and 1 revenue-generating project.
  - Commercial use beyond these thresholds requires upgrading to a paid plan.
  - Attribution required: retain this license notice in all copies.
  - Includes: field encryption, deterministic/blind-index search,
    auto-encryption, checksum-verified detectors, and all attributes.

ENTERPRISE PLAN (paid, $2,999 / year)
  - Permitted for unlimited commercial use within the purchasing organisation,
    including subsidiaries and affiliated entities.
  - Unlimited developers and unlimited projects.
  - Includes everything in Community, plus: ML PII classifier, Crypto Sentinel
    exfiltration alarm, email/webhook/custom alert channels, compliance
    evidence pack (JSON + PDF), scheduled report delivery, and priority support
    (less than 1 business-day SLA).
  - Redistribution of the Software as a standalone library is prohibited
    without an explicit OEM/redistribution addendum.

5-YEAR LICENSE (paid, $5,999 one-time, 5-year term)
  - Identical in scope to the Enterprise Plan but prepaid for five years.
  - Price is locked and immune to future increases.
  - Unlimited developers and unlimited projects for the full 5-year term.
  - Includes priority support with a 1-hour response SLA.
  - One invoice — no annual renewals.

RESTRICTIONS (ALL PLANS)

You MAY NOT, without prior written consent from efcore-encryption.com:
  1. Resell, sublicense, rent, lease, or otherwise transfer the Software or
     any rights herein to a third party.
  2. Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notice.
  3. Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software, except to the
     limited extent permitted by applicable law.
  4. Use the Software to build a competing product or service.
  5. Publish benchmark results without prior written approval.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Software, including all algorithms, data structures, cryptographic
constructs, ML models, and compliance-reporting logic, remains the sole and
exclusive intellectual property of efcore-encryption.com. No ownership or
intellectual-property rights are transferred by the issuance of any license.

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR

FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. YOUR USE OF THE SOFTWARE IS
AT YOUR SOLE RISK.

DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE
SOFTWARE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

This license shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable
law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts
