TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. DEFINITIONS
   - "Software" refers to the DevJoy MCP Configuration Manager and its source code.
   - "Personal Use" means use by an individual for personal, non-commercial purposes.
   - "Commercial Use" means any use that generates revenue, is part of a business operation,
     or is used within any organization with more than $100,000 annual revenue.

2. GRANT OF LICENSE
   Subject to the terms of this license:
   
   a) PERSONAL USE: You are granted a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, no-charge,
      royalty-free license to use, copy, modify, and distribute the Software for
      Personal Use only.
   
   b) COMMERCIAL USE: Any Commercial Use requires a separate commercial license.

3. PERMITTED USES (Personal Use Only)
   - Use the Software for personal projects and learning
   - Modify the Software for your personal needs
   - Share the Software with others for their Personal Use
   - Contribute improvements back to the project

4. RESTRICTIONS
   You may NOT:
   - Use the Software for any Commercial Use without a commercial license
   - Remove or modify any license notices or copyright statements
   - Use the Software in any way that violates applicable laws
   - Sublicense or sell the Software

5. CONTRIBUTIONS
   Any contributions you make to the Software are licensed under the same terms
   and become part of the Software.

6. NO WARRANTY
   THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR
   IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY,
   FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NONINFRINGEMENT.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
   IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AUTHORS OR COPYRIGHT HOLDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM,
   DAMAGES OR OTHER LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT OR
   OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM, OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE OR THE
   USE OR OTHER DEALINGS IN THE SOFTWARE.

8. TERMINATION
   This license automatically terminates if you violate any of its terms.
   Upon termination, you must cease all use and destroy all copies of the Software.
