CK.OpenCvSharp4.Extended.runtime.linux-x64

Native libOpenCvSharpExtern.so for Linux x64, built specifically to pair with:

• OpenCvSharp4 managed package, version 4.11.0.20250507 (exact match required)
• Sdcb.PaddleOCR 3.3.1 (which requires OpenCvSharp4 >= 4.11.0.20250507 internally)

Why this package exists

No published OpenCvSharp Linux native package satisfies all three of these at once:

1. Self-contained (no system-level apt-get dependencies)
2. Includes the features2d module (ORB, feature matching, findHomography)
3. Matches OpenCvSharp 4.11.0.20250507 exactly

Sdcb's own self-contained .mini runtime line deliberately excludes features2d (it's built for "decode an image, feed it to a model," not feature-based alignment). Packages that do include features2d (e.g. OneWare.OpenCvSharp4.extended.*) are only published for OpenCvSharp 4.13.x — mixing that with Sdcb.PaddleOCR 3.3.1 (which needs exactly 4.11.x) breaks Sdcb.PaddleOCR's own internal OpenCV calls, not just calling code.

This package is a fork of sdcb/opencvsharp-mini-runtime at the historical tag (4.11.0.35) that still targeted OpenCV 4.11.0, with features2d, flann and calib3d added back into the build's module list, and the wrapper source patched (following the same technique Sdcb's own build uses) so it compiles against that reduced module set.

Validated

50 real scanned documents through the full production template-extraction pipeline (alignment via ORB + RANSAC homography, OCR via Sdcb.PaddleOCR), on a bare ubuntu:22.04 image with zero OpenCV-related system packages installed: 50/50 succeeded, 100% field accuracy, ~13.5s/document average.

License

Apache-2.0, matching upstream OpenCV, OpenCvSharp and Sdcb.PaddleOCR. This package contains only a compiled binary derived from their public source at the versions noted above; see their respective repositories for full license text and attribution.

Not an official Sdcb or shimat/OpenCvSharp release

This is a third-party fork, built and published independently to solve one specific compatibility gap. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or supported by the Sdcb or OpenCvSharp projects.
